Dance has been proven to increase happiness and relieve stress, while serving as one of the best and most effective forms of physical exercise. Satori in partnership with Northern Nevada Ballet Academy runs several adult programs with classes focused on creating new opportunities for excitement, engagement and entertainment.
Adult Classes and Pricing
​Satori Adult classes are part of an overall Northern Nevada Ballet Academy's Adult Program. NNBA's adult program and pricing is designed to offer flexibility and options for busy adults and parents. You can mix and match from a variety of activities, including Intro, Beginner and Advanced Ballet, Pilates, U-Jam Fitness, RnB / Funk (Hip-Hop) and Rhythm & Routines.
