About the Event
Come center yourself in gratitude during a hip strengthening, heart opening AromaYoga! This 90 minute practice will get your cells energized, your head centered, and your heart anchored. Yoga and essential oils are two strategies that can help to create personal balance and alignment. Yoga can move stagnant energy, open awareness, calm the mind, relax the body and restore equilibrium. Essential oils can energize you through the active part of practice and help you ground and center before meditation. I will lead you through a mellow flow vinyasa practice with essential oils pairing with our practice and ending with restorative poses and a short meditation.
This month's class is centered around the power of Gratitude- for yourself, connections in your life, and even the challenges we face. Utilize oils, and yoga to honor this season of being thankful!
