About the Event
Getting started with a meditation practice can be overwhleming- it's not always clear where to begin! If you are a beginner, or already a practictioner looking for some new techniques, join us for a night all about foundations. We will go through a short, dynamic journaling session where we will create intentions and open up a way to analyze our emotions.
Pranayama breathing techniques will continue to ground us, and class will end with a guided meditation.
Bring a journal, any props, blankets, layers to help make you comftorable, and an open mind! There will be time to engage in questions, and a discussion after the class. All levels are welcome and encouraged to attend. We always have yoga mats and blocks for use during class!
