Meditation for Moms

About the Event
This is a wonderful time for moms to allot time just for themselves to reset and relax. If you are a beginner to Meditation, this will be a great chance to learn some basic techniques in regards to calming the mind, and breath. We will be moving through some basic postures to relax the physical body, some pranayama breath work, and a guided meditation. Bring your questions, and a friend for this hour long event. We offer yoga mats, blocks, and blankets for class use but please feel free to bring anything else that will aid in comfort.
Class is donation based, and proceeds will go to the Ronald McDonald House Charity of Northern Nevada.
