While rest and proper recovery are essential, there's also a natural remedy that can provide relief and rejuvenation – enter the DIY Peppermint Salve.   • Quickly pour the mixture into a clean glass jar or tin before it solidifies.

3. Cooling and Soothing Application:

  • Allow the salve to cool and solidify completely before sealing the container.

  • To use, simply take a small amount of the peppermint salve and massage it onto sore muscles after a dance session.
